The Eversolo T8 is an uncompromising digital audio transport designed from the ground up to serve as the silent, hyper-accurate heart of a high-end stereo system. Unlike standard network players that squeeze audio circuitry into shared chassis with noisy video or computing hardware, the T8 focuses entirely on preserving data integrity from source to digital-to-analog converter (DAC). By isolating and refining the digital signal before it ever hits a converter, it reveals micro-details and acoustic space that are often masked by electrical interference.

Eliminating the Foundations of Digital Noise

At the core of its performance is a dual-pronged approach to timing and power. The transport utilises an ultra-high-precision femtosecond clock to regulate data transmission with microscopic timing accuracy, which virtually eliminates jitter—the minute timing errors that cause digital audio to sound harsh or fatiguing. This clocking system operates alongside a super-silent linear power supply. By replacing noisy switching power units with a heavy, shielded toroidal transformer, the T8 ensures that incoming AC power is scrubbed of artefacts, providing a dead-silent noise floor that allows faint ambient cues in a recording to emerge cleanly.

Advanced Isolation and Uncompromised Connectivity

Physical isolation is mirrored in the unit's extensive connectivity suite. Recognising that digital connections can conduct high-frequency electrical noise from the processor to your external hardware, Eversolo has implemented complete electrical and galvanic isolation across all traditional outputs, including the 24-bit/192kHz Coaxial line and the balanced AES/EBU connection. For setups utilising high-performance USB DACs, a dedicated, isolated USB port strips out power-line noise. Furthermore, an 8-mode IIS (I2S) port offers ultimate customisability, allowing the T8 to map its raw audio data and clock signals directly to the exact pin configurations of virtually any premium standalone DAC on the market.

Bit-Perfect Architecture and Room Optimization

Software-side processing is handled by a custom high-performance quad-core ARM processor running Eversolo’s proprietary EOS (Eversolo Original Sampling Rate) engine. In standard Android-based streamers, the operating system forces all audio through a generic sample-rate conversion layer, which alters and degrades the original file. The EOS engine completely bypasses this bottleneck, ensuring that high-resolution or DSD files are transmitted completely unaltered for true bit-perfect playback. This processing power also drives the evotune Room Correction system, which utilises a 10-band Parametric Equaliser (PEQ) to measure and counteract the acoustic anomalies of your physical space, taming boomy bass reflections or harsh treble peaks without sacrificing resolution.

The user experience bridges industrial-grade utility with modern convenience. A vibrant 6-inch high-resolution touchscreen provides a responsive interface for navigating local files and native streaming applications like Tidal, Qobuz, Apple Music, and Spotify. For audiophiles looking to cut the cord entirely from external network drives, the chassis hides dual SSD slots capable of hosting up to 16 terabytes of local storage, effectively turning the transport into a massive, silent music server. Network connectivity is equally future-proof, offering both a standard Gigabit RJ45 LAN port and an advanced SFP network communication module, the latter allowing purists to use optical fibre networking to completely sever the chain of electrical noise coming from home routers and switches.

We endeavour to despatch same day for orders placed up to 1pm on available stock items (items with stock message "Usually dispatched within 24 hours"). Please remember to check with us first for a physical stock check if next day delivery is important to you. Any items with stock message "Usually dispatched within 72 hours" are items that we do not hold in stock but order in from the importer or manufacturer as soon as a customer order is received. Occasionally these may be delayed beyond 72 hours due to importer/manufacturer stock levels but we will inform you as soon as we can if this is the case.

UK Orders

We despatch the bulk of our UK mainland items on a 24 hour service – Free of Charge.  Non Mainland locations - Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or so longer and are not Free of Charge. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail 24 or special delivery. Larger items are delivered using a courier service such as DPD or UPS.

International Orders:

Due to the nature of our products and brand restrictions we are only able to send certain items internationally. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail with International Tracked and/or Signed depending on value of item and availability of the service. Larger International shipments are sent by insured and tracked services using UPS. If there are any delays due to specific customs regulations, etc, you will be contacted by Hifisound or by the courier with a request for any further information required. Customs duties can apply for shipments to any countries outside of the UK depending on where the product you have bought is made. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred when the items enter their country.

Collect in Store or Home Install

At the request of the manufacturer some items cannot be supplied by mail order but you can click and buy them and then elect to collect them from our store or arrange a home install (if applicable). Applicable items clearly state that they are Collect in store or home install. Once ordered you will receive a message prompting you to contact us by phone or email to arrange for us to deliver and install or to reserve and collect from our store at your convenience, you will also be advised of the delivery time / stock availability as not all Home install / collect in store items are held in stock.
