Every detail, from precision clocking and advanced noise reduction to a customised power supply and firmware, is designed to deliver an immersive listening experience.

Uncompromising Sound Quality

The STREAM1 features the CX Regulator, developed in collaboration with Dr. Sean Jacobs. This design provides independent, low-noise power directly to the Output Module, ensuring a clear, precise, and rich audio signal. The system is powered by an included medical-grade filtered SMPS, but for even greater clarity, you can upgrade to the dedicated LPS1.

Flexible Storage

Add a 2TB or 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD to create a home for all your digital files. This also unlocks a full suite of library management features within the Sense app. You can choose a pre-fitted option from the factory or easily install your own.

LPS1 Power Supply

Significantly elevate your STREAM1's sound quality with the optional LPS1 linear power supply. It features a 150VA toroidal transformer and premium Mundorf capacitors for enhanced clarity. An additional regulated DC output is also available to power other accessories, such as external DACs or network switches.

Compact Design

Don't let its size fool you. The STREAM1's compact, half-width design makes no compromises on features. It boasts a 10mm CNC-machined aluminum front fascia and can be seamlessly stacked or placed side-by-side with the LPS1.

Powerful Performance

Experience a fast and responsive system powered by a new mainboard featuring a 13th Gen Intel Quad-Core processor and 8GB of industrial-grade DDR5 RAM. This platform is over 200% faster than its predecessor. A low-latency system is ensured by an OS on a dedicated, power-loss-protected SSD with Real-Time Kernel technology.

Versatile Connectivity

The STREAM1 is equipped for modern connectivity. It includes a USB-C port for high-speed drives, DACs, or charging. You can also connect your own USB Optical Drive to rip CDs in seconds using our intuitive, customised ripping engine. For network speeds, it features new 2.5GB Ethernet ports, including a bridged 'Streamer' output to connect another network device.

Customise Your Sound with Optional Output Modules

The STREAM1 offers a range of optional output modules, allowing you to tailor its performance to your specific audio setup. This flexibility ensures you get the best possible sound and gives you the freedom to adapt your system as your needs evolve.

• StandardDAC Board: This module provides analog RCA output, along with optical and coaxial SPDIF outputs. It supports PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz, making it a great choice for a straightforward, high-quality connection.
• PerformanceDAC Board: For the ultimate in digital-to-analog conversion, this board features the latest AKM DAC chip and high-quality TCXO clocks. It supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD up to DSD512. Independent power supplies for the digital and analog stages and gold-plated RCA connectors ensure a pristine signal.
• PhoenixUSB Board: If you have a Class 2 USB DAC, this is the ideal module. It regenerates and re-clocks the USB signal to significantly improve sound quality. It features a high-precision 3ppb 24MHz OCXO clock, ultra-low noise linear regulators, and a pristine 5V line, ensuring perfect timing and signal integrity.
• SPDIF Board: This board provides superior coaxial, optical, and AES outputs for your DAC. It supports PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz and features an optimised power supply for ultra-low noise, along with high-quality gold-plated connectors for a reliable, high-fidelity connection.

We endeavour to despatch same day for orders placed up to 1pm on available stock items (items with stock message "Usually dispatched within 24 hours"). Please remember to check with us first for a physical stock check if next day delivery is important to you. Any items with stock message "Usually dispatched within 72 hours" are items that we do not hold in stock but order in from the importer or manufacturer as soon as a customer order is received. Occasionally these may be delayed beyond 72 hours due to importer/manufacturer stock levels but we will inform you as soon as we can if this is the case.

UK Orders

We despatch the bulk of our UK mainland items on a 24 hour service – Free of Charge.  Non Mainland locations - Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or so longer and are not Free of Charge. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail 24 or special delivery. Larger items are delivered using a courier service such as DPD or UPS.

International Orders:

Due to the nature of our products and brand restrictions we are only able to send certain items internationally. Smaller items are delivered using Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail with International Tracked and/or Signed depending on value of item and availability of the service. Larger International shipments are sent by insured and tracked services using UPS. If there are any delays due to specific customs regulations, etc, you will be contacted by Hifisound or by the courier with a request for any further information required. Customs duties can apply for shipments to any countries outside of the UK depending on where the product you have bought is made. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred when the items enter their country.

Collect in Store or Home Install

At the request of the manufacturer some items cannot be supplied by mail order but you can click and buy them and then elect to collect them from our store or arrange a home install (if applicable). Applicable items clearly state that they are Collect in store or home install. Once ordered you will receive a message prompting you to contact us by phone or email to arrange for us to deliver and install or to reserve and collect from our store at your convenience, you will also be advised of the delivery time / stock availability as not all Home install / collect in store items are held in stock.
