The pulley is a precision-engineered component aimed at taking the rotating force of the motor and transferring it to the sub-platter or platter of the turntable - making the record spin at either 33 1/3 or 45 RPM. Almost all replaceable Pro-Ject pulleys are secured in place with a small grub screw, for fixing to the motor shaft - others need to be glued into place.

Non-static platter mat consisting of felt. Made to effectively suppress the typical resonance generated in vinyl records during playback as well as to provide a silent foundation.

The Classic Evo sub-platter upgrades all older The Classic and The Classic SB SuperPack turntables to the same standard as The Classic Evo.
