Neat Iota Alpha II Floorstanding Speakers

The Iota Alpha II delivers a full-range presentation from a remarkably compact enclosure. From the first listen, it produces an open, fluid sound with a natural mid-band and convincing bass weight, effortlessly tracking the timing and rhythmic flow of the music. Its low-profile design is as clever as it is elegant. Combining an upward-firing mid/bass driver with a dedicated downward-firing subwoofer, it produces a deep, full-range scale that extends far beyond expectation. High frequencies are handled by Neat’s signature 50mm EMIT planar magnetic tweeter, delivering exceptional speed, openness, and micro-detail. Behind the scenes, a hand-built crossover using premium components and point-to-point wiring ensures maximum transparency and signal integrity. Standing at just 45cm tall, it sits discreetly in any living space while projecting a vast, holographic soundstage. Handcrafted and tuned by ear less than 50 miles from HiFi Sound in the north of England, the Alpha II is compact, musically engaging, unmistakably Neat, and backed by a 5-year warranty. We have a pair of Walnut on demo so if you'd like to hear them Contact us to book an audition.

Neat IOTA II Standmount Speakers

Launched as a successor to the 2011 Iota, the Neat IOTA II incorporates significant improvements. A new bass/midrange drive unit and a revised crossover enhance the already impressive capabilities of this compact 2-way design. While the original Iota defied expectations with its powerful sound, the IOTA II takes it further, delivering deeper bass and a surprisingly expansive soundstage. True to Neat's philosophy, the IOTA II employs meticulously selected internal components for optimal driver integration. Its crossover network utilises low-tolerance air-core inductors and polypropylene capacitors, all point-to-point wired to ensure a clean signal path. Despite its compact and elegant cabinet, which offers versatile placement on stands, bookshelves, or desktops, the IOTA II delivers a surprisingly large and expansive soundstage.

Neat Momentum J6 Floorstanding Speakers

The Momentum J6 is a 2.5-way loudspeaker inspired by the design of the Ultimatum XL6. Its upper section features an AMT tweeter paired with Neat’s proprietary 'R3' driver, which handles both midrange and bass frequencies, effectively making it a sealed 2-way speaker on its own. This upper module is isolated from the lower section, which houses two downward-facing 170mm drivers arranged in an isobaric configuration, dedicated solely to reproducing deep bass, essentially functioning as an integrated subwoofer. The Ultimatum-style plinth enhances the speaker's stability, providing exceptional stereo imaging and precision. As with all Neat speakers, the crossover components are meticulously hard-wired with point-to-point connections to preserve signal integrity. Each component is carefully selected for its high-quality audio performance, ensuring a cohesive and balanced sound. The Neat J6 delivers true high-end sound quality in a compact and more affordable design.

Neat Momentum JS Standmount Speakers

The Neat Momentum J-S standmount is a more compact and streamlined version of the Ultimatum XLS. Its front baffle, coupled to the cabinet with a polyethylene membrane, houses a tweeter and a 170mm Ultimatum-type drive unit that handles both bass and midrange frequencies. Inside, behind the main drive unit, is a second 170mm unit. These two drivers are arranged in an isobaric configuration, with the space between them sealed for optimal performance. The rear port is a low-Q design, incorporating an acoustic filter that helps regulate airflow and provides greater control over bass frequencies. The crossovers are hardwired with point-to-point connections to ensure maximum integrity. Premium audiophile-grade components are used throughout, including high-voltage polypropylene capacitors and low-loss air-cored inductors. The Momentum J-S is ideal for smaller rooms but can also easily fill larger spaces with the effortless presence of a much larger floorstanding speaker. It delivers exceptional performance at a price well below high-end models.
