It follows the same lines as the rest of the series and carries the same elegant look. L12 is a 3-way design using four 4,5” woofers, with one handling the midrange area and the remaining drivers delivering the low range frequencies. Compared to the L9, the enclosure is 18 cm taller, and the extra woofer in combination with the larger enclosure, helps the L-12 to deliver a sound more solid than what is usually expected from such a narrow enclosure. The 25 mm silk dome gives a light and airy high frequency, and the MDF enclosure with the additional 15 mm front baffle, helps reducing unwanted vibrations and resonances. L12 is the ideal choice for those wanting a solid front speaker in a home cinema system, or a slim and elegant speaker for the stereo system where high quality sound for the best possible price is the goal. The matching magnetic front grille with furniture grade fabric matches the L-series giving it a discrete and elegant look. Scansonic L8 Active Subwoofer
