Please Note: This is a one time listing for an ex-demonstration unit at a discounted price, please note there maybe cosmetic imperfections. The L12 is the big brother in series. It follows the same lines as the rest of the series and carries the same elegant look. L12 is a 3-way design using four 4,5” woofers, with one handling the midrange area and the remaining drivers delivering the low range frequencies. Compared to the L9, the enclosure is 18 cm taller, and the extra woofer in combination with the larger enclosure, helps the L-12 to deliver a sound more solid than what is usually expected from such a narrow enclosure. The 25 mm silk dome gives a light and airy high frequency, and the MDF enclosure with the additional 15 mm front baffle, helps reducing unwanted vibrations and resonances. L12 is the ideal choice for those wanting a solid front speaker in a home cinema system, or a slim and elegant speaker for the stereo system where high quality sound for the best possible price is the goal. The matching magnetic front grille with furniture grade fabric matches the L-series giving it a discrete and elegant look. The terminals are five way binding posts allowing use with any kind of connections. Spikes are included as well. Scansonic L12 floor-stander: 1 x 1” tweeter & 3 x 4,5”” woofer ported cabinet. Eclipse TD520SW Subwoofer - Ex-Demo

Please Note: This is a one time listing for an ex-demonstration unit at a discounted price, please note there maybe cosmetic imperfections.  From the 1980s to 1990s, 2.1-channel systems featuring subwoofers were popular, but they did not survive. These subwoofers provided an increase in bass sounds, but caused a feeling of discomfort because the reproduced bass sounds of the system did not have clarity. The main cause of this feeling is due to a delay in the reproduction of the bass sound. ECLIPSE focused on the delay caused by subwoofers, and aimed at accurately reproducing the sound signals recorded in music and movie software. If bass sounds are reproduced accurately, the clear and accurate reproduction of full orchestral timpani and gran casa sounds, which cannot be attained by conventional subwoofers, will be possible with the timing as intended by the conductors. The reproduction of bass sounds at a high response speed in stereo or surround mode, which top artists in the world appreciate, will make it possible to refine the entire sound field, more closely reflecting the ideal listening environment.
